Bumpers absorb any impacts from HGVs as they approach the bay and effectively protect your buildings and loading bay installations.
RUBBER BUMPERS
Moulded rubber bumpers are designed to cope with all weather conditions.
We propose two models:
- BC 330 : 260 x 330 x 100 mm
- BC 500 : 250 x 500 x 140 mm
Options :
- Attachment plates to evenly distribute impacts over the bay walls
- Bumper riser (only available for the BC 500 models).
STEEL RUBBER BUMPERS
The steel plate increases the bumper’s operational lifespan and absorbs impacts without warping. Steel bumpers can be fitted on to booms to generate the 500mm safety zone required by the (French) CARSAT recommendations. The bumper can be raised to suit any HGV loading height.
MOBILE STEEL BUMPERS
The advantage of mobile steel bumpers is that they follow the movements of the trailer. Steel bumpers can be fitted on to booms to generate the 500mm safety zone required by the (French) CARSAT recommendations. The bumper can be raised to suit any HGV loading height.
POLYETHYLENE BUMPERS
Polyethylene dock bumpers are perfectly suited to environments where corrosive, aggressive, food industry and pharmaceutical products are being transported. They are rot-proof and highly resistant to UV, acids, alcohols and hydrocarbons. They can be reversed four times giving them a significant operational lifespan.
They can be recycled at the end of their life cycle.

ULTRA FLAT BUMPER
These extra thin bumpers ensure the best possible support for the HGV trailer’s leveller rim. A vulcanised rubber plate absorbs any impacts from HGVs as they approach. In addition to this a broad steel plate distributes the impact over a large surface area.
NYTREX MOBILE BUMPERS
Nytrex mobile bumpers follow the movements of the HGV and are perfectly suited to environments where corrosive, aggressive, food industry and pharmaceutical products are being transported.
A range of three models are available :
- Slider 510 : high friction resistance, high visibility
- Slider L710 : raises one side of the platform for transhipment operations on bays less than 2000mm wide.
- Slider TwinSet 7510 : raises one side of the platform to suit all HGV types.
