1. Retention and use of your personal data

The information collected on this form is recorded in a digital file by WordPress to disclose information related to the trademark and services of NORSUD.

It is kept for 3 years and are intended for the marketing and sales department established within the European Union.

This file is accessible only by NORSUD. In
accordance with the data protection act, you may exercise your right to access data concerning you and have it rectified by contacting:

2. Consent and the processing of your personal data

By ticking the mandatory consent box before submitting each form on the www.norsud.com website (“I authorise NORSUD to contact me in a personal capacity regarding services to develop my business. Your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties.”), you explicitly authorise the retention and processing of your data for the purpose of informing you of our services.

You authorise:

  • A NORSUD advisor to contact you for any commercial relationship
  • The Marketing department to provide you with personalised information on our services.

3. Withdrawal of Consent regarding your personal data

3.1 Right of access to your personal data

You have the right to access, modify and/or delete data concerning you at any time by contacting our IT department:
By post: NORSUD, Service communication et marketing, Parc de la Ronze–CS50108–69440 TALUYERS accompanied by a copy of your identity document. Preferably by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
In situ on our premises: subject to presentation of an identity document. The CNIL states: “You may be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation must last long enough to take cognisance conveniently and completely. You may request a copy of the data”.
The data officer has a maximum response time of 2 months from the date of the request, whether it is made by post or in situ. The CNIL states: “If the request is incomplete (absence of identity papers for example), the data officer has a right to request additional information: the deadline is then suspended and recommences once this information has been provided”.

3.2 Changing your subscriptions
